Hi. Why is it impossible to get HIV if dried blood on pants gets in contact with genitals?
Because a virus cannot retain its contagiousness in a dried drop of blood. In addition, just a single contact with the genitals does not indicate infection, because, if there are no microtraumas, then even with a live virus, infection will not occur, because, both skin and mucous membranes have a protective function.
